This week we went to Mr. Bibbs near North High (2705 6th Ave. DSM). I had been told that they had great tenderloin sandwiches so I thought we would give it a try. It has a number of really good reviews from other websites. I now question if these sights have ever stepped foot in to Mr. Bibbs. I give Br. Bibbs a 2 to of 10 and I am being nice, this restaurant is truly a greasy and dusty spoon. The restaurant was dirty with dust caked to the register and counter and the tables are self cleaned and the teens that often eat there don't seem to care to clean.
The food was affordable with lunch for two running at about $12 and the tenderloins were simple but not bad but the environment from the dirt to the visit from local police needing to escort students out, just was more then I could look past. I do not suggest trying this one unless you think a tenderloin is worth it and you use their drive threw and try not to think about where it came from.
